With the On Site license, the Pure Help Desk® software is installed in your premises:

Pheonix Pure HelpDesk ® server module and Web Portal Reporter module to be installed on your server.
  Pure Help Desk Operator module for operators’ Pcs.
  Helpme® configurator module to set the client module onto your public IP, and the TCP port as required.

The installation is done remotely by our staff, by appointment.

Hardware and software service software prerequirements.
Operative system	S.O. windows 2000 or windows 2003 web edition
Memory	512 mbyte
Processor	PIII 600 or greater
Hard Disk	1 Gbyte of disk space or greater (to save the recordings of the assistance sessions)
Software	IIS 5.1 or greater with Framework 2.0
Internet	Recommended minimum bandwith 256 Kbit in upload. Static public IP.

If you don't have a static ip please take in consideration to use services like No-Ip.org.
