With the On Site license, the Pure Help Desk® software is installed in your premises:
Pheonix Pure HelpDesk ® server module and Web Portal Reporter module to be installed on your server.
Pure Help Desk Operator module for operators’ Pcs.
Helpme® configurator module to set the client module onto your public IP, and the TCP port as required.
The installation is done remotely by our staff, by appointment.
