The price of Oxygen Nine license includes the following services:
Installation of Pure Help Desk ® server module (on site licensing)
On an agreed day and time, our technicians will install the server module Oxygen Phoenix Server on your server. This is the web module for the management of your service tickets, your service graphs and reports.
Online account backup on our Server
The corporate On Site version includes two definite backup accounts. You will be able to assist your clients without interrupting your service, even if your server structure needs to be deactivated or reconfigured. The two accounts can be used simultaneously if a specific assistance requires a number of licenses higher than the one you subscribed to.
Restoration of the Pure Help Desk® server application
If your server is damaged, once it is restored, you will be entitled to a free reinstallation and configuration of our application.
Online PurePc®
For each operator with a yearly subscription, up to four Purepc® can be connected to our service. (NT Service for non user controlled machines, usually servers)
Unlimited assistance
Our staff will answer to all your technical and commercial requests within 24 hours.
